Undoubtedly one of his best

This is one of my favourite EJ albums, combining his winning combination of emotive ballads and rock and roll numbers, but on this occasion, the melodies throughout are of such high standard that each track could potentially have been a hit in its own right (apart from the bonus tracks). In my opinion, this album re-established EJ as a forerunner in popular music during the 1980s (after his inevitable decline in the late 1970s).
