Incomplete but still great

Sadly the song I want off this is Zawinul's 'Midnight Mood'. But check out the solo version of Danny Zeitlin's Quiet Now. Great choice of songs which occur in other works - One for Helen, A Sleeping Bee, The Touch of Your Lips. Actually although incomplete it's a great record and live, but that only matters to those who can't play their instrument. Evans plays great live or in studio.

Bill Evans at the Montreux Jazz Festival

Bill Evans is one of a number of accomplished Jazz pianists who rarely fail to please and Evans is no exception here. Displaying a fine range across all the tracks he gels well with Eddie Gomez (base) and Jack DeJohnette (drums). My personal favourite is Quiet Now but the whole album is well worth listening to.
