Customer Reviews

Why is everyone making a fuss about this now? Ocean Eyes has been out for more than half a year - it was only taken off iTunes recently so that they could jack up the price on Fireflies and Umbrella Beach.

Nonetheless, a great album. Cave In's my favourite track.

First Must-Buy Album of the Year

Superb album that sounds so fresh and new compared to some of the RnB thats been up the charts lately, Thanks to owl city for kicking my year off with a great album, ive come to love this album alot and i listen to it nearly every day. the lyrics in places are terrible (Dental Care *Cringe*) but the outstanding production on this album is why i like it so much, theres always so many different sounds going on, i notice new little effects each time. My favourite tracks are Hello Seattle, Meteor Shower(Short but Beautiful), and The Tip Of The Iceberg(because its so unpredictable and has so many different elements to it, but it awesomely works and sounds amazing). I expect big things from Owl City. This is the first must-buy album this decade.

Sir Barnsworth Lillyhammer

This is a beautiful album full of heartwarming, poppy tracks. Beautiful melodies and punchy chords with Adam Young's innocent and friendly lyrics. Love it.

He eventually combined those diversions into a blend of electronica and emo-pop, using little more than his computer and various keyboards to record the material. Songs were uploaded to MySpace...
