Completely fresh sounding! There is so much truth in the lyrics and they are sung with such conviction. A beautiful voice accompanied by stunning music. We can't get enough! No words we could say will actually do this the justice it deserves, the music speaks for itself! So buy it and have a listen for yourself Love Nimi and Hannah

Beautiful music, beautiful tone

Declan Bennett is another of the UK's underrated talents. With a beautiful voice, he writes beautiful lyrics among beautiful music combined to make an honest, meaningful and soulful album. Check out Therapy for my favourite track. As for "Blu Tack"...why hasn't anyone written a song with that title before?!

I found this album accidentally, but I'm so glad I did. It is so beautiful it almost made me cry on the train today. Declan Bennett deserves to be a huge star. His songs are real, honest, musically interesting and lyrically poetic, and what makes them better is that they sound original. Comparisons, of course, could be made to other artists, such as Damien Rice - although Damien Rice with the less-good songs removed; think an entire album of songs with the emotional power of "Cannonball". However, unlike some artists who seem to be simply imitating a successful formula, Declan Bennett sounds as though he is creating his own music, and living it with every part of himself. Any similarities to others are purely chance. A gorgeous album.
