I hope the angels (grievous and otherwise) are looking after Gram Parsons wherever his beautiful spirit is. He didn't leave us much: a Byrds album, Wild Horses song that was claimed by The Rolling Stones, and 2 solo albums. All works of a rare, precious talent. This album was released posthumously. It cruelly shows us what we lost when GP was taken away. Gram - with Emmylou Harris - creates songs of joy, misery, hope, despair. Listen to Brass Buttons about the loss of his mother; it will break your heart. An American country classic.
