Album Review

Composer Hans Zimmer's jaunty theme for Guy Ritchie's muscular 2009 re-imagining of the world's most recognizable super-detective, Sherlock Holmes, dutifully reflected the newly installed humor and 21st century action star pathos that the director brought to the character. For Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows, Zimmer once again infused the series with wit and wickedness, stacking his already established themes with an effusive Romanian flair, reflecting the addition of Girl with the Dragon Tattoo star Noomi Rapace's turn as a Gypsy fortune teller.

Another masterpiece from Hans Zimmer. The first album is better than this one, but it's still good. Get it. :D

Seriously, why has this not got 5 stars?! People say other composers are legend, but Hans Zimmer is the BEST! He is the only composer i'VE ever seen whose every track is BRILLIANT. Everyone of these songs are professionally done to make a masterpeice.

You gotta love Zimmer... what a legend... but people don't know that guy himself is actually a huuuuuge lover of music, the partnership between these two is a match made in heaven.
Love it...
