Not a collaboration between artists but separate compliation

Just to clarify what this album actually contains, the title appears to suggest that this is a collaboration between the artists Daryl Hall, Gulliver & Ruth Brown. In fact some tracks ARE by Daryl Hall & Gulliver & the rest are by Ruth Brown but there are no collaborations between all three artists so listing them together is perhaps misleading. There has never been a collaboration between all three artists so as a fan of Daryl Hall, I did not want people downloading tracks they think are by Daryl Hall when he has had no involvement in parts of this album. The Daryl Hall tracks date from 1970 when he was part of a group called Gulliver. Having said that, the Daryl Hall/Gulliver songs are good if not typical of the later Hall & Oates sound. To make life easier for those downloading individual tracks, I have marked who is singing what and divided this into three sections below: Hope this helps.(and for anyone who needs further clarity, listen to the previews clips. As Gulliver was an all male group they are easy to differntiate from any of the female vocal clips which are Ruth Brown only tracks) 1. Despite track listing, none of the following tracks are by Daryl Hall & Gulliver - they are by Ruth Brown only. The following tracks ARE by Daryl Hall & Gulliver (But NOT Ruth Brown) NB. Daryl is not the lead vocal on all tracks but did provide backing vocals on all tracks where he isn't lead. Philadelphia-born Daryl Hall is best known for being part of the '70s and '80s duo Hall & Oates, responsible for such hits as "Maneater," "Rich Girl," and "I Can't Go for That (No Can Do)." Hall attended Philadelphia's Temple University, where he met future partner John Oates. They played together for a short time in the late '60s, until Oates decided to transfer schools. Hall did not let this discourage his musical career, though, and he began playing with the rock group Gulliver. The band produced...
