Album Review

The 36th album from the Brothers Cazimero, Some Call It Aloha...Don't Tell is a full album of new tracks, but makes an attempt at covering the various styles and forms the Brothers have been working with over the years. The music is quite well performed, well composed, and well produced. The songs themselves are reminiscent of much of the Cazimero catalog, which isn't a bad thing, given the quality of the catalog. Guitar and bass seamlessly intertwine with soft vocals, evoking happy, relaxing moods and atmospheres. Perhaps pick up one of the older compilations first for an initial taste of the Brothers, but Some Call It Aloha...Don't Tell is a fine addition to the collection of anyone already acquainted with the duo.
