Nevermind 2nd album syndrome, Elbow have to contend with 5th album syndrome. How on Earth could they follow Seldom Seen Kid. If Neat Little Rows is anything to go by, they should have no problem with Build a Rocket Boys. The song is built up of audio layers that combine as the song progresses.
