this guy was great that cold night 50 years ago stole us of one great talent.eric clapton ,keith richards,bruce springsteen the list goes on of those future stars who were inspired by this true genius .simple riffs backed by tight rythm section with the addition of piano or strings .IT DONT GET MUCH BETTER!

Where do you start? How can one man be responsible for so many classic pieces of music and in such a short space of time? He has to be the most creative musician of his generation with influences spreading way beyond the 50s. Simple pop songs-"Peggy Sue" , glorious orchestrations-"Raining in my heart" groovy sax solos- "Reminiscing", classic riffs- "Rave on" "Not fade away" "Maybe baby" etc etc and the sunblimely simple acoustics of "Well all right"
