Mad cover, interesting title!
An impulse buy and glad I did it, a lot to listen to. Good value.
Love this album - interviews are fab! :-)
This album is great, but not just because the piano-playing is beautiful and a delight to listen to. I also love it because the artist includes a series of short interviews at the end and it was fascinating to hear him talk about his love for the pieces, why he chose them and what they mean to him. It also helped me understand the music better - I really don't know much at all about classical stuff, but I feel as though my knowledge and love of music have been greatly increased by listening to this one album. I wish more artists took this approach and made more of an effort to engage listeners by taking the time to explain some of the background and inspiration behind their work. Well done to James Rhodes, please do a third one soon!
