iTunes Review

The pairing of east Londoners Josephine Vander Gucht and Anthony West (as a band, and as a couple) serves up a fresh, bright-eyed brand of modern romance and with lyrics like “You've got diamonds in your eyes tonight” (on "Dazzle") there’s a sparkle to their jazzy pop. All muse on love with off kilter reference points (see "Shark" for further details), but there’s no danger of this becoming saccharine or one-note. "Livewire" is a jaunty ballad, "Body Gold" keeps a twinkly smooth groove, while "Midnight Moon" offers subtle, surging power pop. "We'll be scraping the sky with our fingertips," they chirrup on "Plans". And it sounds rather accurate.

These guys will get far in the industry, absolutely incredible album from what I’ve heard so far on Soundcloud. Smashed it!

Cannot. Wait

The first of every month is my favourite time because theres a NEW OH WONDER SONG! And now an album! Can’t wait to see them live as well in November!
