Album Review

Sony Legacy's Playlist series spotlights material by Tammy Wynette originally released on Epic in the '60s and '70s including the original versions of "Stand by Your Man," "D-I-V-O-R-C-E," and "I Don't Wanna Play House." While this is a decent single disc, it does not contain the majority of her hits. Casual listeners will want to stick with Anniversary: 20 Years of Hits on Epic. [Legacy's Playlist series functions both as a conventional CD and as a CD-ROM, featuring a large .pdf file with complete liner and track info, CD-quality plus mp3-ready files, photos, wallpaper, and other extras.]
