A dark savage masterpiece. Raw Power has never sounded as elegantly brutal as it does now. The enhanced Bowie mix pushes Iggys incredible unhinged vocals and James Williamsons viciously serratted guitar to the fore. And the slower numbers like Gimme Danger and Penetration have a spooky malevolence that is well served by the leftfield mix. The greatest hard-rock/punk rock album ever.

Great album

One of the greats. The pop mix increased the clarity but messed up the mix so the polish of the Bowie mix is welcome. The georgia peaches stuff is at time ragged but gimme danger and new Orleans are stunning!
