Customer Reviews

One of those rare albums...

...where every song is perfect...I've been playing it non-stop for days now...the song-writing is top-notch and Miles' voice and guitar are a joy to listen to...the duet with Clemence Poesy ("Happenstance") is cool and funky...my favorite tune is "Quicksand" - brilliant little pop gem with clever lyrics...but there's not a bad song in the bunch...buy it and start groovin'!

Album of 2011

Miles Kane has proved he go it alone. Great songs, great production and a great voice. What more could you want from an album? Loads of 60's psychedelia sounds and hints of t.rex, the coral and the beatles. A perfect album in my humble opinion and a mega live act. Get guitar music back in the top 10 and buy it!

Great stuff

A great debut album which show that not all music nowadays is awful, but it's a shame there's been such little promotion. Definitely worth a listen - great riffs and melodies.
