Chrissie Wellington Run Faster Series

These Run Faster sessions by Chrissie are Superb training aids - I used them on a local grass track while training for the London Marathon but they can equally be used off-track. Readouts from my Garmin proved that the effort level/speed/heart rate from these sessions were second only to a coached session with my club. If anyone finds it difficult to generate motivation when training alone then get this series - they work - highly recommended.

Hard, but great

I have just got back from the first time using this. I am training for a half marathon and want to increase my speed. It pushed me so hard and I thought I would be sick; this may sound a negative, but it isn't, as I know I was at my limit. It is nice to have a British voice, the music fits the pace and the coaching is good. Excellent, and I wish I bought the three pack.
