I can't wait

Mostly an instrumental album but who cares because Pink Floyd are one of only a few bands who don't need words to convey emotion.

not surprised

Its not a good idea to rate a pink floyd album after hearing it only once but here goes . its a pink floyd album in name only .an album of great beginings and backing tracks .its dull .a lazy effort. gilmour shoul have passed it on to roger waters to breath some life into it .one of the greatest bands ever and one of the worst efforts.

Shockingly poor,really really poor

Oh my giddy Aunt. Admittedly I deliberately dialled down my expectations, but nothing, nothing could have prepared me for this.
They should hang their heads in shame. Of course it was unlikely to be towards the best of their output, but I am staggered that they could make let alone release such sub standard sub new age tosh. It is akin to the very worst of Mike Oldfield and shares that bland watery sound architecture.

This album is like a really bad Pink Floyd tribute act, it has actually made me laugh out loud more than once, but mostly it just makes me sad and a little angry, angry that I fell for it. They are too bright and too talented not to know that this is a noodling travesty. Before anyone gets the idea that I am anti ambient, or a Floyd purist unable to get with the programme and accept this for what it is I really don't believe that is the case. I wanted to like it, but am just not up to it.
