Recently I've been feeling a lot of stress and anxiety. It had been very difficult to relax and wind down after a long day, hopelessly tossing and turning, struggling to fall asleep at night. I don’t know much about this kind of thing but I was feeling desperate. Picked this album because it was on top of the list, and I now see why. At first I thought that I would never be able to sit still nevertheless concentrate, so I tried lying down. I found the voice soothing and with the background music I started to feel my head becoming very still and quiet. The body part relaxation was easy to follow and I felt myself relaxing very slowly. I think in the end the breathing exercise did the trick and before I knew it I was out! I’ve been trying to do it in the evenings and has been working every time. All in all I’m am delighted with it- the recording is well done and it works. What else can I ask for? Perhaps some more releases of the kind. Cheers!
Very good and effective
I find the voice very relaxing and the music complements it very well. The breathing exercise is simple and easy to follow. I am doing the Yoga Nidra Relaxation after my short yoga practice and works like magic. Do recommend to anyone looking for an easy, straight forward way to relax.
Kanta's voice brings me into my heart space ... encouraging me to listen to my heart breath and breathe into the exquisiteness of rest ... pure joy!
