iTunes Review

If the live persona of Biffy Clyro—shirtless, sweat-drenched, full-bearded—perhaps paints them as mere amp-wrecking cavemen, this third record serves as a cerebral corrective. Not that Infinity Land, named after a Jeffrey Dahmer quote, is lacking in blood-and-thunder (exhibit A: the brooding, electro-inflected “Glitter and Trauma”). But from the key change catnip on “Some Kind of Wizard” to an unexpected blast of horns on “The Weapons Are Concealed”, this is a daring attempt to add engaging intricacy to the Biff’s abiding clatter.

Excellent stuff from an excellent underrated band

Not often can a sound be produced that is this deep. Excellent stuff from Biffy once again, songs like "some kind of wizard" and "wave upon wave upon wave" show signs of classic bifffy riffs. Pure Biffy and at its best on par with Blackened Sky!

Mon the biffy

I saw biffy at the royal albert hall, with bloc party, never heard them before - they blew me away. Their music changed by life. Everything you could want in found in biffy. Simon neil is a great song writer and consistently writes great riffs. Can't wait for new album puzzle, comes out in spring.

Why are Biffy so underrated?

Biffy Clyro are one of the most underrated bands I know of and I dont understand why. Sure they have a taste for strange song names but by no means are they a bad band. This album reeks creativity and it sets them quite apart from lots of the other bands out there today. I find it amazing that they can churn albums out year after year of the same brilliant quality. Mon the Biffy!
