Customer Reviews

the 50s best time ever

I was fortunate to be around in the fifties and had a great tine jiving and dancing to the music on the album certainly brought back memories. A great album well worth the money.

121 Rock N Roll songs for £7.99?

Well, you can't go wrong then! Great for playing in the car on long journeys, or just chilling in the house! Some excellent 'classics' on here, as well as some more obscure tracks that are so good that you'll wonder how come you've never heard them before. Great value, great fun to listen to as well. Come on iTunes, if you can knock out this 121 track compilation for £7.99 then SURELY you can do it again with a 'volume 2' and repeat the process in other music genres too?

Outstanding value

This really is exceptional value, and as far as I can tell they're all the originals - no ghastly deadbeat re-records. And generally they're tunes that are really worth having, by the bands that made them famous. A great Rock n Roll primer. At this value-for-money price, I'm happy to overlook the fact that one track (Stagger Lee by Lloyd Price) appears twice.
