Hello Land! Amazing record.

An incredible, inventive record; concise, emotionally resonant and deeply satisfying. Each song is a gem. The production is amazing and the writing and arrangements sublime. I can't wait to hear the next three.

Back to old form.

What can I say? Guillemots doing what they do best. Making original music and not resting on their laurels.

Happily, the self-released Hello Land! is a return to their previous working arrangement, and the music is a fresh tapestry of ideas connect to the loose theme of Spring. The scope of the record feels connected to the meta-intentions of a Mahler symphony and creates some of the most beautiful sounds in popular music today. I'm looking forward to the next 3 this year! Thanks Fyfe.
