Album Review

Effortless Regurgitation...The Torture Sessions reissues the Swedish grindcore outfit Regurgitate's early '90s album Effortless Regurgitation of Bright Red Blood, plus the band's original demo recording (which helped get them signed) and a smattering of material issued on 7" singles.
