Finding gold on the mine

Yet again Coco Rosie delivers a poetic, sensual journey, making no compraise to her passion and the detail of her work. A very impressive step up of production and leaves me wondering with an artist so young and talented theres only better come. A true GEM

genius groundbreaking genre-splicing gorgeousness

easily the album of 07 so far, i had to review it just to get the rating up. quite simply there are tracks here that you wouldn't have heard anything like in your life, even if you are a hardened fan already. that's because the way bianca sings on some of the tracks on this album is so rhythmic and in the same limited range, that critics have called it 'hip hop'. do not let that put you off one bit. its stunning. the 3 or 4 slower numbers are as beautiful as anything they've done before. buy it at once and expand your mind (cocorosie have already).
