Little sad....

I LOVE Girls Aloud. Everything about them. And to try and express how glad I am that they're back, touring, and releasing a greatest hits album, well, I can't.
However, it's the greatest hits album that I don't understand.
21 top ten singles. And some ate missing from the list.
See the day, Christmas contender 2006, gorgeous ballad.
Long hot summer, the last soft rock inspired track before they turned to dance tracks (which they did so well) Life Got Cold- their 3rd single, and their first stab at a slower sound, and their Christmas contender Think We're Alone Now, where is it?
How can these be left out of a greatest hits CD 1??
The fact that Whole Lotta History and Wake Me Up made it to CD2 is a relief.
I love them, I'll buy the album, but can't help but feel some of their history, and some of their 'greatest hits' have been forgotten.
Want to stress that I love them once more though!!!welcome back girls!! X

All the hits!!

After years of waiting Girls Aloud have come back stronger than ever!! Their new single is an awsome mix of their old style and the music today plus we have all of their chart topping hits added too! My only fault with this is that 'see the day' is not in the album but all in all i will be buying this the moment it is available, well done girls and welcome back!

mixed feelings

I have mixed feelings about this album.
The good things
- there are 4 new songs there, usually artists put just one or two new tracks on GH albums
- all 4 new songs sound great
- artwork is gorgeous
Bad things
- this album really wasn't necessary because they already released GH album just a few years ago
- bonus disc is such a dissapointment - it would be much better if there were some previously unreleased songs (like there were on their first GH album).

I wouldn't really call this deluxe.

Formed: November, 2002 in England

Genre: Pop

Years Active: '00s, '10s

Despite their prefabricated formation through a television program called Popstars: The Rivals, Girls Aloud achieved both mainstream success and widespread critical acclaim in their native England. Through Popstars' process of elimination, Girls Aloud's membership amounted to Nadine Coyle, Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts, Cheryl Cole (née Tweedy), and Kimberley Walsh. The group took shape in November 2002, and soon began a streak of Top Ten singles that broke a record for all-woman groups and remained...
