Mon the Biff!

Rarely do I hear things on the Radio these days that live up to the hype of an excited DJ. It happened while driving one day about a month ago with Edith Bowman pumping up a track she had apparently listened to about 30 times that day.. Yeah, yeah I thought.. this is going to be cr@p, but nooo - i was blown away but this Biffy Clyro track - simply awesome. I managed to find a streamed version on-line and indeed ended up listening to it 30 times over.. it's simply an awesome track - a tight and gritty riff, simply majestic beats work on the drumkit, and topping off with layered string section finale. Everyone should experience this track, and start appreciating the Biff!

That Golden Rule

Biffy Clyro are back with one of the best songs of the year, in That Golden Rule, which comes off there fifth studio album Only Revolutions due for release 26/10/09. Sounds like a combination of Saturday Superhouse and Semi-Mental. Buy this song if you like great music. Prey Hey and Eye Lids are the best out of the b-sides, Time Jazz is ok but not great. That Golden Rule - 10/10 Prey Hey - 10/10 Eye Lids - 9/10 Time Jazz - 7/10

No Doubt

If it was down to me id love Biffy to throw their mustard gas at the R&B / American Rap & over produced x-facter crap! so brill bands like these guys get the cred they deserve, great stuff, sexy stuff everytime, even their B-Sides are fantastic all round, the worst Biffy song is better then any crap thats made it to number one this year, like others have said best stuff released this year. Rock on guys
