has this been transferred by recording the vinyl?

I love Barbara Dickson and was pleased to this long deleted album available, but the sound quality is truly appalling, sounds like it has been transferred directly from the vinyl, with fuzzy sounds and clicks - especially on I'll Say It Again from 1.20 on, clearly audible clicks from an LP
