At last - The Second Greatest Rock n Roll band in history on ITUNES!!!!!

Okay - I'm not going to claim they're better than the Stones, but Zep, Sabbath, Nirvana - yep, i'd put the DC ahead of all those bands. Unlike most hard rock/metal bands AC/DC always swung, always had a groove, always pared every second of every record down to its essence - or, as they might put it, back to its Chuck Berry roots. I just spent almost a hundred quid rebuying dozens of songs I already own - am I insane? Probably but that's how much I love this band. To any newcomers to the band out there, I recommend you check out POWERAGE, Keith Richards' favourite AC/DC album and easily their most underrated album. AC/DC - WE SALUTE YOU! BON - RIP!

Friend or Foe

I have been going through the reviews on here contemplating wether to spend £100 or not and I am amazed at the amount of hate, so what if ACDC want to put their music on iTunes? the fact that quality music is being made available to a generation of "kids" who know no better is brilliant, plus if there are any issues with the digital download iTunes can replace it at no cost.....

Personally I think this is a good move, why? because I love their music, I dont care about if they have sold out or not, their music is still great. Stop hating start downloading......

At Last!

I have never loved a Monday so much. AC/DC - the soundtrack to my life so far - finally on digital download. Best hundred pounds I ever spent - regardless of how many copies of these songs I already have. Fans will understand, and nod, and smile, and \m/ .

AC/DC's mammoth power chord roar became one of the most influential hard rock sounds of the '70s. In its own way, it was a reaction against the pompous art rock and lumbering arena rock of the early '70s. AC/DC's rock was minimalist — no matter how huge and bludgeoning their guitar chords were, there was a clear sense of space and restraint. Combined with Bon Scott's larynx-shredding...
