From Strength to Strength

This album is absolutely brilliant, the band have had some hard times, the loss of Ronnie hit them hard with one of the guitarists leaving halfway through a tour. In spite of this they have come through this stronger than before, Ronnie's vocals were very individual but Craig (previously blessthefall) has bought a new energy to the band that comes out clearly in their music. Brilliant mix of metal screaming to more calm tracks like 'Ashley' which are brilliantly executed. All there is left is for them to come to London so I can finally see them live.

a new start and a new album for escape the fate.

Although Escape the fate may have changed a little since the loss of former vocalist Ronnie, ETF have lived up to their name with their new album 'This war is ours'. My two personal favorite tracks off this album are 'Ashley' and 'Let it go' simply because they have great sing along tunes. I've noticed a lack of hard rock in this album, but im not complaining, a fresh start is always good. I have given this album four stars, i would have given it five but i am not 100% pleased with this album. I'm something like 95%. I highly reccomend anyone who is a fan of escape the fate to buy this album. It will be worth the money. ellie m. x

Years Active: '00s, '10s

Appearing amid the fertile screamo scene of the 2000s, the Las Vegas quintet Escape the Fate prided itself, above all else, on an energetic and visceral live show. The band's formation was propelled in part by MySpace, which vocalist Ronnie Radke and bassist Max Green utilized while searching for new bandmembers after their previous group's demise. The networking site allowed them to recruit guitarist Bryan Money, who subsequently brought along Vegas transplant (and former Lovehatehero guitarist)...
