Monoral's Turbulence blew me away

Turbulence from Monoral is an excellent solid rock album. Combining a mixture of hard rock, grungy undertones and sublime tunes that blends together perfectly to make a fusion rock style that is Monoral's alone. From the catchy rock track "Tuesday" with it's chorus that will have you humming all day to the crunchy grungyness of "Perfect Gold" there is so much to enjoy on this album. Every track is a winner, especially the soulful dreamy track "Kiri". Throughout, the musicianship is top notch, Anis's voice is BEYOND beautiful, powerful, soulful and full of emotion, Ali's basswork is truly standout. Do not be put off that this is an album by a Japanese band. The songs lyrics and pronounciation are in the most perfect English. This is probably one of the most enjoyable albums I've bought for years, I keep coming back to it and it's still so fresh sounding every time I listen! Do yourself a favour and get this great album!
