These guys took my download virginity. This album is awesome and deserves much listening to. These tracks will be in your head for weeks...

Who Cares?

Ok, they have the undeniable sound of Elvis Costello with a bit of Weezer thrown in. Got a problem with that? I don't. This album seriously rocks and "Dianne" is a lot of fun. On the back of this album I went to see them live and was blown away by them. Great stuff.

Assembling in the late '90s in Aberdeen, Scotland, punk-flavored indie rock band the Needles are Dave Dixon (guitar, vocals), Paul Curtiss (bass, vocals), Richey Wolfe (keyboards, vocals), and Johnny Wolfe (drums, vocals). Loving Guns N' Roses and Nirvana while having little interest in Brit-pop, the bandmembers ultimately turned to early rock & roll for guidance. Following the release of two EPs in 2004 (Under the City and 1,2,3...5), their debut album, In Search of...
