proper UK pop music

This has all the ingredients modern pop music should have. Creative independence, humour, talent, diversity etc.. Why people continue to buy X factor crap and Corporate owned ming when so much great stuff like this is out there is beyond me. Emperors new clothes maybe. These guys have been around for donkeys years, but if you've only just heard of them now you are in for a treat of sampledelic delight blending trippy hop hop withpop and soul. Great stuff. Music should be made to lift the soul and this does!

An easy-listening trip-hopster similar in style and intent to his countrymen Air and Dimitri from Paris, Kid Loco has an even stronger kinship with the long tradition of French pop characterized by Serge Gainsbourg. Otherwise known as Jean-Yves Prieur, he began playing the guitar at the age of 13 and played in several French punk groups during the early '80s.
