new bright star

if the previous album was anything to go by then the follow up doesn,t dissapoint either.although not as deep as little black numbers, a more mellowed sound with a slightly poppy feel brings kathryns third album open to more favourite track is no one takes you home[perhaps after a night out herself]is a piece of wistful melodic blues, but daydream and saunter ,beatles, mirrorball, and swimmer are very good too.not quite folk ,not quite pop unsure of the genre but lovely album anyway, well done kathryn again,if this was a school report i would say keep up the good work! 8.5 out of 10
