Great album

Great album when is this out in the uk? I mean to buy the actual cd?

great album

great album, class artist. Ruddy catchy tunes that you're hooked on after a couple of plays. except "catchy" doesn't do them justice. they're beautiful tunes and the lyrics are pretty damn good too! definitely worth buying if you love music.

Whiteout Review Feb 2012

I was introduced to this album by a friend who thought I would enjoy it. And fair to say I do. It's a perfect example of easy rock; easy to listen to while focussing on something else. In places I found songs that were toe tapping and engaging, but other songs are flattened by wishy-washy and unimaginative lyrics; not aided by what is a fairly nondescript vocal style. Musically the album has depth in places with interesting use of instruments and echoes of varying styles and genres. But as with the lyrics, in places the music was way too predictable and safe.

The album is a homage to the mid-80's soft rock and anyone who enjoys Stevie Windwood, Don Henley, Richard Marx, Marc Cohen and the like will no doubt also enjoy Whiteout.

Overall Bud Rogers should be applauded for what is a good well rounded product – one that is sure to find favour with a broad section of the listening public. This album sits firmly in the middle of the road but sometimes that's just what you need for a long car trip. TFHM
