Best yet - worth the wait :)

A few songs that are different to Steve's usual Fred McDowell slide style guitar - really good to hear him play different styles. Best album he's done yet I think, although the 'raw living room' feel to his very fist album takes some beating.

Classic Blues Man at his best!

This is the blues revolution! What a great mix of styles, and I love the inclusion of John Paul Jones. Nice to hear some Mississippi Fred McDowell in their too, Write Me a Few of Your Lines is stormin'.
