Loving it so far!

I've always been a reticent runner, but have recently been inspired to try by, of all things, an Oatmeal cartoon. 'The Terrible And Wonderful Reasons Why I Run Long Distances', if you're interested. The Blerch really resonated with me. I also sort of liked the idea of continuing to eat a whole load of cake with impunity, an aspiration my previous lifestyle (and clothing) was beginning to question.

This is just the app! Manageable chunks, visible progression and good use of iTunes integrated. The first few half hour sessions just flew by, and seriously, I was monumentally unfit to start with. I'd never have motivated myself to go running without this app to tell me what to do and when. I know me: I'd have jogged to the end of my drive (that's about four metres), thought 'deff this, it's too hot', and gone back to the sofa to play Sim City in my pants. This app is like a gentle, encouraging running buddy. Plus it keeps selecting the Foo Fighters, which just makes it even more awesome.

Wholeheartedly recommend.

Awesome App

I can't thank this App enough. I turn on my playlist and follow the instructions at MY pace. At first I was sceptical but already in week 2 and doing 3k in 31 minutes. I actually look forward to the next day's run during my rest day.
If you are a novice to running, or like me, exercise, this is the App for you! 🏃🏻

Great app

I am now on week 5 and loving the app, it's great that it selects the music and someone tells you when to run next. The one thing which is good it tells you when you are half way so you can turn round.
