Great to help out a beginner fixate-er
I like this app and it have been useful while I find my way with fixate/containers/22 Hard Corp rations. That and the cook book via BOD have been great partners.
What I really wish, however, was that this app toggled between metric and imperial. My app currently thinks I’m bigger than I because I’ve had to round up my measurements (there’s no decimal point option either) and put them in in CM and track them that way.
This app is great. It’s so easy to use and keep track of everything on a day to day basis. It’s so helpful to look at when out shopping as it shows the foods you can have. I would be lost without it.
Needs a tweak!
Really handy app, but I don’t like how the 21 day tracker automatically checks off consecutive days. I do three days of workouts then I have one day of rest, so it would be more beneficial if I could check the days off manually. App would be worth 5 stars with this tweak!
