Too steep a curve, not enough support


The app is nice & clear to use. The explanatory text and animations are helpful, and there are plenty of options to go at. But the development curve, even on Beginner Level 1, is too high; it adds 10-15 extra crunches a day, and always ups the number of sit-ups. There’s no opportunity to consolidate or to cement your capability - surely it’s better to hold the same level for a couple of days until it’s ‘easy’ than just to add more every time?
Plus it doesn’t say over what period to do the exercises or what test periods to take between variations.
So a good guide and an ok motivator but I don’t think it’s helpful in terms of embedding core strength or technique.

Really good to have a structure and regime - only one issue, there doesn't seem to be a FAQ which would be helpful. I.e is it all to be completed in one session? What rest breaks are recommended between sets? I started at the beginners level and by day 18 was having to complete 80 sit-ups 120 crunches and 50 leg raises and a 70 second plank - I managed them in one session but "beginner?"



I’ve just downloaded the app however I can’t see anywhere the timings it should roughly take, I was just thinking about when doing it before work making sure I allow myself enough time, have I just missed it or is this not on the app?
