As to why it’s 4 *


It’s the ideal app but could always do with improvements

Sometimes u can’t find the time to deal with the pushups even when you want to do them

The text diacritic should be on the video so you can see what the text is talking about and you should be able to rotate the camera around so u know what it’s talking about when u need to position the hands

All in all a great app

Works for me :)

So when i first started working out, I struggled with 3 push ups. After going to the gym for a few months I was finally able to do 10 JUST. I decided to get this app after I downloaded the 30 day Abs challenge and i have to say it does the job. The work out is a bit basic, only using one kind of push up, but over time i got better. The first week was easy because it only really asked for about 9/10 press ups max, but then i got out of my comfort zone and started doing 12, 13, 17 until i finally reached 20. I can now surpass 10 without even struggling and I'm sitting well with 20 at the moment. I'll push myself a little more soon. The coolest thing is that not only was i able to go for longer, i looked it too. My shoulders broadened, my biceps grew about half-1 inch and i definitely felt stronger. It's a good work out, just a little simple so if you just started to go to the gym or decided to lose weight then this is perfect, but not for the seasoned gym members

Fix The App


WAS an absolutely brilliant app, until the new update of 4.0. I was halfway through the thirty ab and push up challenges and today I updated it. I was really enjoying doing the workouts and seeing the obvious and positive changes it has had in my body. Anyway, I look in the App Store and see there is an update available. I think, "marvellous, it will only make the app better". So I updated it. I'm really looking forward to what fm today has in stall for me and I open the app. It crashes after 5 secs and I can't do anything in the app. It does this every single time and I've been sat at a table trying to get it to work for fifteen minutes. Please fix it as many people who have this problem have no idea what to do on the day. If you can't fix it by tomorrow then please let me know how to fix it myself. Thank you
