Real easy to use

Cracking app, good tracking facilities, my only thing would be to add multiple sets and adjustable % sets in addition to the option to adjust the top TM % so I can keep the app set at say 85-95% but then add a set on the end at 100% (of 95%) etc for some of the hybrid style programs

Would like to see other templates from other books included along with automatically scaling the tm% for each one ie monolith, bbb, bbs, god is a beast and such.

Simple But Effective

This is a very simple app but it does fill a whole in the market. There aren’t any good percentage based workout apps that are as flexible as this one. It does tie you in to a specific routine or over complicate things. Just enter your 1RM and see what your 5/3/1 lifts would be.

I like the extra set at the end (paid add-on) however it would be much better if you were able to add a few sets for each lift and the percentage And reps you set are saved. I have a different rep/weight scheme for deadlifts than I do with OHP so it would be good to have that programmed in for each lift. If this feature is added then it gets the fifth star for me!

Awesome

I’ve been using this app for a few years now and it’s the perfect companion to the 5/3/1 method. It takes all the calculations out so you can concentrate on lifting and I’ve bought the logging capability so I can get rid of my notebook. I’m really glad the developer continues to update it for use on the latest iOS updates as well. Please keep this up! Thank you for your work. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
