The "7 Minute Workout" is a research-backed workout program that has become an international hit!

Great app for fitness on the road
This is a great app for people who struggle to find time to exercise. I travel every week and I use the app min 3 times a week to try and stay fit. Great in hotel rooms and a couple of circuits in an evening is great to unwind after a busy day. I've unlocked two extra routines that adds to the variety and the activity calendar is great to keep track of how regularly I am training! Keep up the good work guys!
Great app - I definitely saw results after only doing 7 minutes 4 or 5 times a week. Very easy to use and you can vary the time, exercises, rest periods etc. And it does get easier! I found HIIT programs too intense, I guess aiming for 20 mins straight away can be discouraging. With 7MW, it's much easier to get into it.
Group exercise instructor and Mum of 2
Even though I teach a lot of classes a week I still need to do training for myself and being a mum of 2 gorgeous children it's hard to fit it in, this app is great as I can do as many rounds as I want each day but can squeeze it in wherever I can. Love the mix of exercises.
