When you make a bookings, we'll notify you by Push Notification as your car is dispatched. We'll also inform you when your car is 2 minutes away, giving you additional details such as registration number, make, model and vehicle colour.

I was a long standing customer until yesterday. I am a disabled person whom has to make frequent short journeys. I called them yesterday, and met the nastiest driver ever he seemed reluctant to drive me to on the short journey to my local pub. I had no cash but was being joined by a close friend to pay my bill. She wasn't at the door so I suggested we wait a few moments. This is where he turned into a nasty piece of work accusing me of wasting his time and then he almost pushed me out of the cab to go and find anyone else who could pay the £3.80 bill as I am disabled it takes me little longer to do things.. I was distraught but well known in the pub "Marston Green Tavern" so it was easy to get the £3.80 to pay the bill asi returned to his car to pay him he he was already out of the coming to find me and accused me of loosing hi money as time was money. I went back into the pub in tears upon which I spoke to everyone about the nasty experience A2B had caused. I also told the Pub Manager not to recommend them to customers. I have since removed them from. My contact list and replaced them with TC cars instead.
A2B from my understanding of the disability discrimination act I think you should refresh the under standing of it to your drivers.
Very poor service
Used the app to book and got a message to tell me the name of the driver, colour of the car etc only he didn't turn up.
Spoke to a manager allegedly who told me someone else with my name picked my cab up and it would be ten minutes even thought I'd waited ten already. He then gave me about a dozens reasons never to trust A2B again which I won't and if he was an example of the management then good luck if you want to get home.
Get Crown or Uber to pick you up as these guys are really not worth dealing with, they are awful.
Poor app and not free
“Free to download and free to register”. It’s not. Registered and added card details. Shortly after my card was charged £1.01.
The app is dated and not as straightforward to add pick up and destination points as you would expect be the basic functionality of a taxi app. Just compare to uber.
This is a review of the app and dishonest card charge, not the company itself which I’ve used a couple of times now with no problems.

Our app calculates an estimate based on multiple parameters but this is only an estimate and would be fully confirmed based on the distance travelled. Having said that, if you feel this is completely wrong, if you could email us more details to email@example.com then we can investigate for you.
