Orders taken via the iPad are sent instantly to your kitchen or bar where your chefs and bar staff can get straight to preparation. These orders can be completed by their corresponding areas which notifies your front-of-house that an order is ready for your customer. It's perfect for table-side ordering!
Cash and card payments can be taken with ease, with the ability to collate your tabs and check your customers out at first point of contact or at the end of their experience within your outlet. These transactions are then stored in your daily cash-out, awaiting your review at the end of the shift.
Displays itemised tickets on screen to your chefs, allowing them to send individual order categories such as ‘starters’, or sending the whole order at the same time. A notification is then sent to your customer-facing staff to collect the order and deliver to the customer. Printing for your kitchen orders is also available.

Customisable user permissions allow system administrators to restrict access to certain areas of the app for certain user types. The interface is really easy-to-use, so little (if any) training is required to get your staff up and running with AccentPOS.
Accompanying your iPad application will also be the AccentPOS Hub, available through any of your devices via a web browser. This is your administrative interface where you can:
- Add and remove employees / edit permissions
- Menu configuration / store multiple or seasonal menus
- Transaction history exportable to your accounting software
- Create, allocate and manage the variants of your menu items
- View metrics about your business as a whole or individual outlets within your multi-outlet business.
