You need this & Adrian James's other apps in your life the 3 are the perfect compliment to each other. I can honestly say I've never been fitter in my life than when combining these apps together, boy when you first start it will seem really hard but you can pick & choose which exercises to do until you become fitter you'll be surprised how quick your fitness improves! The Nutrition advice is really helpful if you're just starting your fitness journey too & the 8 week challenge is great for motivation Highly recommend 👍
This app together with the two other companion apps, work superbly. You can vary the time and intensity of the workout and the audio cues are excellent. Just set up your options for a workout and press go. I saw and felt results very quickly. When a glitch appeared in the app due to an Apple iOS update, the developer responded quickly and personally. Adrian James clearly keeps a close ongoing eye on these apps and they are brilliant.

What an app. It's simple but so well put together. Takes a number of exercises (all of which can be performed with no equipment) and makes them into mini workouts, with goals of 10 per week.
Couple this app with a good diet and some ab work (there's an app for that too!) and you'll be feeling tighter and firmer within a matter of a few days.
Easy and simple to follow, an absolute winner. 5 stars!!
