Wasted Potential.

I’ve been playing this game for 7 years and it seems the game has been progressively taking and taking more. I’d saved up 350 APs (which takes WEEKS) to have them all spent on tedious university lecture dialogue, and unnecessary descriptions broken down just to have more points taken away. This games only interest is making money and not on customer experience. I’ve always been disappointed in the AP system but this is getting all the more greedy and ridiculous. Such a waste.

Can't log in

I've played this game for years now, and recently changed my phone, now I want to log in from my new phone and it keeps saying "error email or password incorrect", says the same thing if I try to log in from my old phone. I know it's an app probelm as I'm able to log in from my computer

Customer service is shocking

I haven’t been able to log into the app on iPhone or iPad for well over a year now, I’ve contacted customer support at least 3 times over that period and not once have they gotten back to me. But at least I could use the website....... until about 4 months ago. Tried to log in, but it says my password is wrong. Can’t reset as the button won’t click and again, I contact customer support and surprise surprise, no answer. I’ve never had worse service in my life.
