KEEPING YOU SAFE ONLINE
We use the latest online security measures to protect your money, your personal information and your privacy. This includes preventing connections from the app on devices that we think have been tampered with. We won't contact you any more than normal if you use the app. But please stay alert to email, text messages or phone calls that appear to be from us. Criminals may try to trick you into giving them sensitive personal or account information. We'll never contact you to ask for these details. Any emails from us will always greet you personally using your title and surname and either the last 4 digits of your account number or the last part of your postcode '*** 1AB'. Any text messages we send you will come from BANKOFSCOT and quote the last four digits of your account number.
Mobile Banking is available to our Internet Banking customers with a UK personal account. Services may be affected by phone signal and functionality. Terms and conditions apply.
Everyday Offers is available to Bank of Scotland current account customers (excluding Basic Account holders) aged 18+ with a debit/credit card who bank online. Terms and conditions apply.

Want more info on your most recent transactions? You can now tap any card purchase or paid-in cheque showing in ‘pending transactions’ to bring up more details.
You can also get an instant idea of how much is going out of your current account compared with what’s coming in. Simply scroll to the bottom of your transactions for an at-a-glance ‘in/out’ view.
Excellent app at your fingertips!
I use online banking all the time and this brings it to a whole new level. I have an iphone 7. An excellent app with which I've found no issues. It's quick, extremely easy and really brings your banking to your fingertips. Security seems spot on too, with all steps taken for the users protection. New fingerprint security makes it all the sweeter to use. Don't hesitate to use this great wee tool. You won't regret it. I see some reviews saying it doesn't work. Nonsense!!!
Absolutely Handy and Easy to Use
Really handy for someone who's needing to check how much money they have in their account(s) and for managing their account too. Great for students or for people who live out in the countryside. Deeply recommend getting it or looking into getting it to students or anybody in fact.
Really great app. I find the reliability of this app invaluable in being able to quickly check my balance which in turn really helps me to keep a tight control on spending, ensuring my bank balance is in a healthy state.
