Perfect podcast/blog, nice app.

As a relative “old-timer” Arseblog was the first podcast I ever tried and I love it for a regular piece of Arsenal news, especially as I work overseas. It makes me feel like I’m back home in North London, there with Andrew, James and guests as they dish the insider knowledge, match reports, discussions and articles to the listener. This is more remarkable considering Andrew is a resident of Dublin if I recall, with James from Gunnerblog as his regular partner on the show there’s always a balanced Arsenal bias and some witty and amusing anecdotes about his German Shepard dogs or various football characters.

I especially liked the 500th episode special with the author of a book about Unai Emery and the fact Andrew seems to reflect generally very similar opinions to me regarding our beloved club and football matters in general.

Keep up the great works gents and thank you for your efforts and insight.

Rude, profane and funny as hell

It must be difficult to find new things to say about your team who re-enact each season as if it were a Shakespearean classic tragedy. You could cut and paste last years blogs into this years, but blogs opens his strange world of dreams and dogs and more importantly Arsenal to us. He is respectful, no raging, sensationalist, hip shooting, rambling, long sentences with poor punctuation. His style is classy, well thought out story telling. And yet his insults and name calling are what I love the most. Things I’ve never heard of, that are so right. He feels the same pain we all do, and because he shares his pain(and occasional joy) we feel better. I read it everyday, including the summer when there’s no football happening and stories are thin on the ground. Long may you continue my friend. Hopefully the blog will outlive Wenger.

A sense of belonging!

The greatest blog surely to ever have been created for any past present or future Arsenal fan!
Everyday I find something or some point to relate to that makes me feel like Arsenal is completely the right place to be through the highs and lows of top level sport!
A type of blog that you remember where you were moments when certain big news happens at the club like the Wenger announcement etc. Got that piece of massive news spot on.
Insightful, funny, truthful and passionate.
