This app has had the same issues for a few years now. When you receive a like a message, you are not notified. The app does not have a red dot next to it indicating that you have some activity.

I have messaged proprietors many times with no avail. On the odd occasion you will receive an email saying you have received some activity.

The app is also very clunky. Sometimes it logs out halfway through viewing someone’s profile in writing a message. I have an iPhone XR and it’s on its most latest software, the app is also the most updated version yet this problem still persists.

Whether you are a paying customer like me, or if you are a freebie, that have has a lot of clunky features. It is also geared to be difficult to cancel your subscription.

When you cancel your subscription, it is not clear if you can keep using it for the term you have already paid for.

Overall, nothing has changed over the years, and this is the most displeasing aspect of Asian single solutions. They are definitely not spending any more money on this app that’s for sure. I remain disappointed. I can only award this app 2 stars best.

BEWARE - Please read

This is a site full of Fake profiles. You will message people and never get a reply back. IF YOU HAVE PAID AND FEEL THE SAME WAY AS I DID YOU CAN REQUEST A REFUND VIA APPLE. Apple will give you your money back. I have done the same , I got my money back and gues what.....they Blocked me from the site ! . There maybe many other people like me that pay months on end and waste money . They will get you hooked on by a “like” then when you pay you wont get a response. The app is outdated and unreliable. However if you do find someone on here then well done and all the best but remember YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK JUST PAY VIA APPLE PAY . Thats why apple is the best company in the world they look after there customers and care about there wellbeing.

Hi Engrazzle, sorry to hear you are not happy. Please let me assure you that we check profiles and are not aware of any fake users on the system. Please report any profiles to us directly.

As a user, you also have a shared responsibility to report any profiles if you have knowledge that would help us ensure the site continues to be a safe and secure place to find a partner.

If we suspended your account it was for a valid reason. If you obtained a full refund from ITUNES after having used our service, and without contacting us, then we would reach out to you. In fairness, if you used our service and we provided a service for several weeks, then we would expect to be paid something towards that. We would quite reasonably not agree to a full refund without being able to talk to you or establish what the reasons were. If you did not respond then we may temporarily suspend your account.

Waste of time and fake accounts

There maybe a very small element of “real” people on this app. BUT the vast majority are fake profiles. Do not waste your money with this.
Never known so many people to ignore messages even when I have chosen the membership which allows basic non paying members to respond.

Also they offer discounts only through purchase on “their website” instead of “apple i store” because they know they won’t have to give your money back. Whereas if u went through apple they would certainly have to give your money back.

I imagine a rubbish response from the admin of this app is pending, Chatting rubbish about good their app is, how profiles are real, how it’s up to individuals to decide when to respond blah blah blah.

Fact is it’s a total shambles of an app - can’t believe I fell for the rubbish.
