Ratings and Reviews
What a load of rubbish. It just teaches people that nearly everything is a crime when not the case! It makes people lazy and encourages them to contact police for them to deal with non police matters that could be civil. This demonstrates that the police are too scared to say no to people and take on enquiries that people should have the common sense to deal with appropriately themselves!
