Perfect note writer
Of the many note writing apps I have tried this is by far the best. The ability to record and add notes and photos at the correct point and then be able to go back to the precise part of the recording is invaluable. Perfect for lectures where you can record it all and take various notes as you go, then go back to the recording afterwards if you don’t understand the notes fully. The email with iCloud Drive also works well, no hassle, no fuss…brilliant. These guys deserve to succeed with this app.
Does what it say's
I really like the simplicity of this app - okay, so you are limited with fonts etc, but I find I am able to record lecture’s adequately and input my notes as the lecture progresses. It’s a bit irksome that the noise of my keystrokes are so audible in the app (which isn’t a fault of the app) and this was much better using the ipad rather than the macbook. I enjoy the seamless syncing across my devices - I use iCloud, but you can use drop box as well as email the files over. This helps minimise my fear of losing my notes - if the worst should happen and a device fail or be stolen, I could access the audio files and notes from another device. More editing facility would get it another star.
Good app, quick suggestion if it has
would like to give an idea, for support with the iphone. so you basically have the iphone acting as a recorder (with controls on the laptop to play pause etc) while your sat anywhere in the lecture room taking notes on the app and for somehow the recording to be wirelessly transmitted to the laptop while everything is going on or to have it record at the same time as you are taking notes (like the app does already) and just have to connect the iphone after the lecture to merge the two together. getting better audio quality and keeping the app as it is really.. everyone can agree that a lecture theatre isnt the quitest of rooms.
all in all a great app!
