Don’t expect your tickets to arrive!
*update 22-March : Received new email telling me tickets have arrived, went into the application and low behold the tickets are there. So it would seem this was a back end issue and nothing to do with the application, will rate again once I see if I can transfer tickets.
*update version 3.4.1 : Wow what a surprise, another version that still doesn’t resolve the issue missing tickets and orders. I’m really enjoying the beta testing on the public, Not!

Bought tickets in November 2018 and could only have them delivered via Flash mobile delivery, received an email last week saying my tickets had been loaded into app. Checked and not only were they not available, but my order is no longer showing! I phoned customer services Friday 1st and they said it will be "fixed" in next couple of days, a week later and this has not been resolved and no communication to persons impacted by the IT issues.
This application offers very poor user experience and given the issues AXS should go back to paper tickets and not force people to use an app that is clearly being beta tested by the public. All I want is the tickets for a concert and not hassle of dealing with customers services who just fob people off with it will be fixed.

Terrible app and not fit for purpose.
Like everyone else on here leaving bad ( but honest) reviews, I also cannot see my tickets for the 02, which I purchased using Flash mobile as there was no other means to purchase. I too can see neither tickets or order history either, even though I was sent an email to say the tickets had been delivered to my AXS account. Yet when I originally bought them, the tickets did show up in my order history,!
I sent an email to them regarding this issue and had a reply saying that I was to make sure I was logging in with the same email address I used when purchasing the tickets. Also to log out and the back into my account. Then, if that didn’t work to re install the app. And if all the above failed, I was to email them again.
Well I have done all they asked/advised and still no history or tickets. So yet another email being sent.
How on earth can you possibly put out an app that is totally not fit for purpose, shame on you 02 and AXS. You need to get your act together and sort this debacle out immediately.

Terrible way to deliver tickets
Bought tickets to the O2 back in November 2018 and could only have them delivered via Flash mobile delivery via this app.
Kept checking app, which showed my order, but variously said they weren’t available, including because I had selected to have them posted (not true as I couldn’t when ordering) or they would be listed nearer the event (in May 2019).
Persevered and received an email the other day stating that my tickets had been loaded into app. Checked and not only were they not listed or available (on new version of this app) but my order had also disappeared!!
What is going on? This is an appalling way to ‘improve’ ticket delivery. Bring back emailing tickets or post them.
I now have to go through the hassle of dealing with customer services along with 100s of other anxious customers no doubt.
Please AXS get your act together and fully test new delivery methods and your app to make sure everything fully works before inflicting on the general public.
